Sagun Homes Inc. President, A.E. "Sandy" Sagun, is one of the Fredericksburg
region's most respected builders. He has been actively involved in the building
of custom homes for the past 24 years.
Sandy graduated from Penn State University, with a B.S. degree in Accounting.
After graduation, he worked 18 years with a large corporation in their
controller program. He then decided to pursue his lifelong interest in new home
construction. He moved to Virginia in May 1983 and worked 7 years as a building
superintendent. Sandy was actively involved in all aspects of construction in
more than 200 custom homes. While still working as a superintendent and with
his vast knowledge and experience, he decided to start up his own company in
August 1987.
In 1992, soon after the opening of the Fawn Lake subdivision located in
Spotsylvania County, Sandy and his wife Mary Ann, decided to build their
personal home here in Fawn Lake and have continued to build custom homes for
over 90 other residents. The firm's dedication to quality construction and
customer service has earned the respect of the industry's professionals and
allegiance of homeowners.
Sagun Homes has built custom homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 9,000 square
feet. Designs include Traditional, Colonial, Mediterranean, and Contemporary
styles. Attention to detail and exceptional workmanship are standards found in
