Jeanne Pettit, President of Pettit Homes LLC, is proud that her company has not
lost sight of the individual attention she believes her customers deserve. The
Pettit family has been in the building business since 1964, and has held the
same core values in home building ever since. Pettit Homes LLC, is a family
business with over 30 years experience. They are comprised of various
businesses that include building, property management, development and
financial companies. The combinations of these entities make them all-inclusive
and less reliant on outside assistance. In turn, their prices are more
competitive and their building process is more streamlined and properly managed
well beyond the completion of a home.
Jeanne holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from VCU. Ms. Pettit
is a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia, a member of the Fredericksburg
Association of Realtors, the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association and the
National Association of Home Builders.
As a family, the Pettits enjoy boating, water skiing, snow skiing and the family
beach house in Ocean City, Maryland.
