June 2008 - The Fawn Lake Country Club hosted the 10th Annual Rally for the Cure tournament on Wednesday, June 4.  The field of 152 golfers, many sporting pink golf shirts, were reminded of the common purpose with the fight aganist Breast Cancer by  the “Pink Paradise Pass” and “Rally for the Cure” contest holes, our new Fawn Lake Rally for the Cure pin flags on each green, inspirational bridge markers on the cart path, and, of course, pink mashed potatoes at lunch!. 

This year's Fawn Lake Rally for the Cure netted approximately $42,000 toward the fight against breast cancer! Thanks to all of the generosity this is our largest contribution to date and exceeded last year’s total by over $11,000. 

May 2008 - Fawn Lake's newest section, Haven Pointe has opened. Haven Pointe has 15 beautifully wooded homesites with stunning nature views and 3 wonderful waterfront sites offering gorgeous views of Fawn Lake. With gently rolling topography, hardwood forestry and sizes that range from .72 to 1.3 acres, these estate sites are destined to be another elegant enclave in our private lake community.

July 2007 - Fawn Lake was ranked "One of America's 100 Best Master-Planned Communities" by Where to Retire magazine.

Living Southern Style magazine also featured Fawn Lake as "One of the Fabulous 100 Communities in the South".

July 24, 2006 - The Fawn Lake Country Club hosted The Renick Tournament. The tournament is held annually and is held in honor of Jim Renick, who was a Fawn Lake resident and the Committee Chair for Fredericksburg Young Life, who devoted more than 25 years to the Young Life cause. Fredericksburg Young Life is a charitable organization committed to providing positive alternatives and meaningful relationships for students in Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania schools.

March, 2006 - Fawn Lake's newest section, The Highlands at Little Bay Harbor, was released and features home/lot packages starting from the mid-$600's. Click here to learn more!
