The amenities of the Fawn Lake Community Association are available for the use and enjoyment of all Association members in good standing. Each amenity is unique in its own essence, and each adds its own character to the Community.
Community Clubhouse The Community Association Clubhouse is a two-story brick facility with approximately 9,400 square feet. The upper level of the Clubhouse includes a main reception room, lending library, conference room, a catering kitchen and bar, along with administrative offices and restrooms. The lower level of the Clubhouse includes a multi-purpose fitness room, card room, vending room, weight room, massage room and restrooms. The Clubhouse is used for many diverse activities and special events, and is available to Association members in good standing for private functions on a limited basis.
Pool Facility Adjacent to the Community Association Clubhouse is the main pool and wading pool. The pool season begins Memorial Day weekend, and ends Labor Day weekend. The pool season may be extended for weekend use only, weather permitting. The pool is open Monday through Sunday, and is available to Association members in good standing for private functions after normal operating hours on a limited basis.
Whirlpool Hot Tub The whirlpool hot tub is adjacent to the pool. The hot tub is open Monday through Sunday during the pool season. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to use the Hot Tub.
Multi-Purpose Fitness Room The multi-purpose fitness room is located on the lower level of the Community Association Clubhouse, and is where various fitness classes and activities are conducted. For more information on activities and class schedules, contact the Fawn Lake Community Association Administrative Office at (540) 972-1000, located at 11300 Longstreet Drive.
Weight Room The weight room is located on the lower level of the Community Association Clubhouse. Currently included in the weight room are a treadmill, stationary exercise bicycle, stair stepper, free-weights and a two-stack multi-gym that provides an uncompromised range of exercises. The weight room is open Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to use the Weight Room.
Fawn Lake Fawn Lake encompasses approximately 288 acres, and Association members have access granted by NTS/Virginia Development Company to the lake through common areas for boating, swimming, fishing, skiing or simply sitting alongside the lake and enjoying its beauty. Use of Fawn Lake is subject to the Lake Usage Regulations which can be obtained from the Fawn Lake Community Association by calling (540) 972-4768.
Fawn Lake Beach The beach is located in front of the Community Association Clubhouse. Please be cautious when enjoying the beach, as there are no lifeguards on duty. You may also desire to bring your picnic lunch for a relaxing picnic on the shore, where adirondack chairs and picnic tables are available for your comfort. The beach may be reserved for a private function. Please contact the FLCA office at (540) 975-1000 for more information.
Volleyball Court A sand volleyball court is located adjacent to the beach area for your enjoyment. Please bring your own volleyball.
Play Areas There are three parks with playgrounds within the community for your family´s enjoyment. While at the Fawn Lake Beach, have fun playing on the slide and swings. A larger playground is located at the Fawn Lake Community Park located adjacent to the soccer field. Additionally, the Moss Creek park features a relaxing fountain pool and play area.
Tennis Courts The community offers four tennis courts, two located adjacent to the beach play area, and two at the Fawn Lake Community Park.
Basketball Court A basketball court is located at the Fawn Lake Community Park.
Ball Field Fawn Lake´s new ball field is located on Honor Bridge Farm Drive. The field may be reserved for team practices by contacting the FLCA Administrative Office at (540) 972-1000.
Soccer Field Fawn Lake´s regulation sized soccer field is located within the Fawn Lake Community Park. The field may be reserved for team practices by contacting the FLCA Administrative Office at (540) 972-1000.
Wilderness Trails The Fawn Lake Wilderness Trails consist of three trails totaling approximately 8.4 miles. Many of the trails wind through the wooded terrain, meander alongside Fawn Lake and are enjoyed by walkers, runners and bicyclers. A map of the trail system may be obtained by calling the Community Association Administrative Office at (540) 972-1000.
Pole Barn and Fly Fishing Pond The Pole Barn is a 1,600 square foot multipurpose building with an attached greenhouse. Garden plots are available to property owners for their personal use and may be reserved by contacting the FLCA Administrative Office. The Pole Barn is also available for private functions, and is a wonderful spot for children´s parties and/or barbeques. The Fly Fishing Pond, with fishing platforms, is located adjacent to the Pole Barn. To reserve a garden plot or the Pole Barn, please contact the FLCA at (540) 972-1000.
Community Dock and Boat Launch Area The Community Association has 103 boat slips available for lease to property owners. The boat launch area is available for property owner access to the lake. For more information on availability, please contact the FLCA Administrative Office at (540) 972-4768.
Community Boat and RV Storage Area As noted in the restrictive covenants, boats and trailers as well as all other recreational vehicles must be stored inside the owner's garage and cannot be stored in the driveway. A fenced Boat/RV Storage Area is available for lease to property owners. This area is located near the boat ramp.
