All Fawn Lake Property Owners are members of the Fawn Lake Community Association (FLCA).  The FLCA has a community clubhouse for your enjoyment. With year-round activities, it's easy to make new friends and entertain guests at this beautiful facility. The Community Clubhouse offers stunning vistas of the lake. The pool and beach complex draws families of all ages for beach-side barbeques, swim meets, water aerobics and relaxing days in the sun.

Tennis enthusiasts can choose between the lakeside or the sports park court facilities. Additional recreational facilities include a regulation European soccer field, basketball courts, baseball diamond, nature trails, volleyball courts, individual neighborhood parks, docks and boat storage.
